503 Winery began with a simple conviction: that great wine doesn't need a pretentious setting to be enjoyed. Nestled on Edmond Street in the heart of St. Joseph, our tasting room is a place to slow down, learn, and discover — whether you're a lifelong oenophile or raising your first glass.

We curate a rotating selection of Missouri-vineyard wines alongside carefully chosen producers from across the country. Every bottle on our shelf has earned its place through taste, integrity, and a story worth telling.
